I stood in line for 20 minutes to get tickets and even longer to buy popcorn and then another long line to pay for parking! Apparently there were only a few employees working all day. I asked an employee who was running back and forth what was going on. She apologized and said that they were doing their best and even got my husband a hearing device so we didn’t have to stand in line again. </p> <p>Best of luck! We have always enjoyed going to the Kendall, but this last experience was very frustrating.
