I didn’t know what was going on with the staff at the Kendall theater.
My husband and I went to see Little Miss Sunshine on Sunday along with half the city apparently. I stood in line for 20 minutes to get tickets and even longer to buy popcorn and then another long line to pay for parking! Apparently there were only a few employees working all day. I asked an employee who was running back and forth what was going on. She apologized and said that they were doing their best and even got my husband a hearing device so we didn’t have to stand in line again.
Best of luck! We have always enjoyed going to the Kendall, but this last experience was very frustrating. Please let me know who to direct my comments to if it would help at all.
